My name is Laura Short, I am a small scale in-home Hobby Breeder & a life-long Beagle Breed Enthusiast!

I have owned Beagles since 1992 and I have been breeding Beagles since 2002.

My Beagles live in our Home with Our Family as House-Pets.

I only raise Beagles.

My love for the Beagle breed began in 1992 with my first Beagle named "Baby", a beautiful open marked Beagle that was a wonderful companion and a fantastic little hunter.

I have been in love with the Beagle breed ever since.

I am passionate about the Beagle breed, genetics, and selective breeding.

I breed for Temperament, Health, and Conformation.

I breed to the AKC & UKC Beagle Breed Standards.

My Beagles are OFA Health Tested and Embark DNA Tested.

Although I have shown my Beagles in the AKC Conformation ring (dog shows) and bred multiple AKC Champion titled Beagles...

My primary goal is to breed Beagles that excel as Companion Dogs, Family Pets, Emotional Support Dogs, and as Therapy Dogs.

My Beagles and Beagle Puppies are under the care of a licensed Veterinarian and my Beagles receive annual Veterinary Care (exam, blood work, vaccines, etc) by a licensed Veterinarian.

My Beagle Puppies are vaccinated, microchipped, and examined by a licensed Veterinarian (USDA Health Certificate included for every puppy).

My Beagle Puppies are the precious results of many years of selective breeding and hard work. They are born in my laundry room and handled from birth. They are accustomed to the sights and sounds of a home, socialized with our family, and raised to be house-pets.

We begin to teach them their names (if you name your pup before they leave), to sit for attention, and introduce them to a crate.

They visit our Veterinarian at 6 weeks old for their well-puppy exam, first vaccinations, worming, & fecal exam.

At 8 weeks old, they visit with our Veterinarian again for another well-puppy exam, microchip, & USDA Veterinary Health Certificate to show that they are healthy.
